Case study 1.
A European leader in energy production entrusted IOTA with training young recruits in order to meet Middle East recruitment objectives, with the option of knowledge support for one year. The programme took place in parallel with training centre courses and aimed particularly what to do in real life situations on site.
Apart from practical on site training for 10 days every 2 months, the trainees had access to the online technical college which enabled them to find the necessary information.
Case study 2.
The subsidiary of an oil operator group asked for an HSE refresher course for its operational staff.
We organised two 15 day sessions which gave the staff the opportunity to update their knowledge.
The trainer was an HSE engineer who had worked for a major oil group for 30 years.
The course also identified some modifications that needed to be made to the operating manuals used in the company.
