Iota (International Office of Technical Assistance) was created by Jean Claude Cusin in 1982. With an international vision of his business, the founder decided to set up Iota near Geneva; a city that is open to the world given its geographic location, culture, cosmopolitan economy and its capacity to host enterprises’ strategic management.
Because our customers are international and their businesses are global, we are present on several continents. Today, the life force of our 650 staff comes from the 40 nationalities they represent. They form a multicultural group that is able to adapt to a wide variety of cultures and business environments. 50% of our customers are European, the others are from more distant horizons.
Iota is always keen to put improvement measures in place to ensure the sustainable development of the Group’s business.
Certified ISO 9001 and with 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification underway, our management system focuses on controlling and preventing quality, health, security and environment related risks.
